In my career I have dealt with more than 45 agents buying, selling, flipping and investing in all forms of real estate transaction and I can say that I have never found a better or even as good of an agent than Deanna . She is spot on with her numbers and knows how to make a deal go through when other agents would walk away. In fact that is how I found her as my former agent said he wanted out due to not being able to deal with the selling agent or his firm or the bank. An investment partner had used Deanna exclusively for her many homes flipped. I will tell you she not only made the buying of this troubled property on a timely bases but also saved us many dollars with suggestion. As I have told her she will be my exclusive agent from this point forward as long a she continues to be so outstanding and if Howard Hanna wants their part of my successful real estate transactions they must keep Deanna as I know several of us that would follow her.
